For the Planet

We believe in celebrating love without compromising the health of our planet. The floral industry, often overlooked, plays a significant role in climate change due to its reliance on plastic-based materials.

We recognise there's no one-size-fits-all solution to tackle climate change and environmental pollution, but we're committed to evaluating and implementing the least harmful options to protect our surroundings.

Therefore, our design approach includes:

    1. Avoiding floral foam due to its non-biodegradable nature and harmful environmental effects. It can persist in landfills for centuries, contributing to plastic pollution and containing chemicals like formaldehyde and phenol.
    2. Refraining from plastic wrappers for two reasons: Firstly, they are single-use plastics, which contradict our values. Secondly, excessive use detracts aesthetically from the flowers, which should always be the focal point.
    3. Emphasizing on locally sourced blooms to minimize our carbon footprint.
    4. Using packaging exclusively made from paper, eco-friendly, and recyclable materials: such as water-activated tape made from Kraft paper, corrugated paper boxes, uncoated paper stickers, cotton ribbons, and soy-based ink for stamping.

This commitment underscores our dedication to preserving the environment through the current crisis and for future generations.
