How is your product planet-friendly?

We steer clear of floral foam and plastic wrappers. For more information, click here.

Are your products pet-safe?

No.

It's crucial to note that none of our floral arrangements are pet-safe. While we focus on creating beautiful and high-quality arrangements, safety remains our top priority.

All our flowers undergo treatments with pesticides and fertilizers, making them unsafe for consumption. Even flowers classified as non-toxic can pose a risk.

Always ensure both fresh cut and dried flowers are kept out of reach of pets and children. While they add aesthetic value to a space, ingestion can be hazardous.

Why were my bouquet delivered without water?

Awesome news!

In an effort to be more mindful of waste, all our bouquet arrangements are sent without water.

Research shows that flowers packed with water ("wet-packed") often degrade faster during delivery. Our dry delivery method, combined with specialized hydration techniques, preserves the freshness of flowers for up to 24 hours. Upon arrival, trim the stems by at least 1 inch and immerse them in water for rehydration. Blooms should rejuvenate within 12 hours.

Where do you deliver?

Klang Valley only.

If your delivery address is within the Klang Valley area but you are experiencing issues on the checkout page, please email us at care@haaziq.co or call us at +6011 2729 5949.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We do not provide same-day delivery. Please place your order at least 2 days in advance.

Can I pick a specific delivery time?

Orders usually depart from our studio between 10 AM and 5 PM. To maintain efficiency and ensure timely delivery for everyone, we are unable to specify a more precise time within this window.

Do your deliver to hotels, hospitals and office buildings?

Yes.

For hotel delivery, please ensure that the recipient's name matches the guest's registration at the hotel. Hotel staff, such as the concierge or front desk, will either hold the item or deliver it to the guest's room. Please refer to the hotel's policy for detailed information.

For hospital delivery, couriers cannot enter patient rooms and will leave items at reception for hospital staff to deliver. Delivery to the ICU is typically not possible, so it's best to send flowers once the patient is in recovery or discharged. To facilitate smooth delivery, coordinate with a family member who is at the hospital.

For delivery to high-rise and office buildings, please provide multiple contact numbers, preferably direct lines, to ensure successful delivery. Couriers are generally unable to proceed beyond front desks or security in commercial buildings, and perishable items may not be accepted on behalf of tenants. We strictly adhere to building policies, which may result in deliveries being left in mailrooms or with attendants, or recipients may be required to meet couriers in the lobby.

Why do you need the recipient's phone number? I want the delivery to be a surprise.

Contrary to popular belief, a quick call from our couriers can speed up delivery without ruining the surprise. The real joy comes from the flowers and note. Without a contact number, flowers may be left in mailrooms, causing delays.

To ensure a flawless surprise, consider involving a friend or family member in the delivery process by providing us their contact details.
